What Happened?

Apple TV+ has made the decision not to renew its popular animated sitcom "Central Park" for a fourth season, according to Variety. The show, which was led by Josh Gad, wrapped up its 13-episode third season over a year ago.

The Team Behind the Show

"Central Park" was created and executive produced by Loren Bouchard, Josh Gad, and Nora Smith, known for their work on "Bob's Burgers." The show also featured a star-studded voice cast, including Leslie Odom Jr., Titus Burgess, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Stanley Tucci, Daveed Diggs, and Kathryn Hahn. Regina Hicks, Sanjay Shah, and Halstead Sullivan served as executive producers, with Kevin Larsen producing.

The Plot of "Central Park"

The sitcom followed the Tillerman family, who worked as caretakers in New York City's Central Park. The family, consisting of park manager Owen and journalist Paige, faced challenges from hotel heiress Bitsy Brandenham and her assistant, who wanted to turn the park into condos. In the last season, Owen launched a promotional campaign to save the park, while Paige dealt with the demands of her first book deal.

Unfortunately, fans of "Central Park" will have to say goodbye to the beloved animated series as Apple TV+ has decided not to continue it for another season. Stay tuned for more updates on your favorite TV shows!
